We’re seeking a skilled and client‑focused Client Services Manager (Contractor) to serve as the key point of contact for our aesthetics clients across the UAE and UK. The role is a delivery‑focused, client‑facing position ideal for someone with excellent organisation, communication, and problem‑solving skills. You’ll work directly with internal departments (content, design, SEO, PPC) to ensure each campaign meets expectations and is delivered on time.

The role is remote, working 40 hours per week, and requires a resident of Dubai or the wider UAE region with the right to invoice as an independent contractor.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and manage execution to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to clients, keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Anticipate potential challenges, proactively address issues, and escalates concerns when necessary.
• Work closely with internal teams (design, content, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes, improve client experience, and enhance service offerings.
• Labour liaising with creative, content, and marketing teams to progress delivery.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client services role or FoH, account management, or a project management role.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or the medical aesthetics industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, managing shifting priorities and client demands.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time and projects independently in a remote environment.

• 2 years in a marketing agency environment.
• Medical Aesthetics experience.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Click Up).

Contractor (freelance/self‑employed). Full‑time availability - 40 hours per week. Competitive contractor rate between AED9,000 to AED
13,500 per month, depending on experience and capability. No benefits included. Must have Right to Work in UAE - No Sponsorship offered.
