Yardstick Marketing Management is looking for a marketing intern who will support the agency’s client servicing and creative teams in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. This role provides hands‑on experience in campaign execution, content development, and market research within a fast‑paced agency environment.

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for multiple clients
• Support social media management, content creation, and post scheduling
• Conduct market research, audience insights, and competitor analysis to support client strategies
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, presentations, and campaign reports
• Support the creative team with copywriting, brainstorming ideas, and content adaptation
• Help monitor and analyze campaign performance using basic analytics tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects
• Assist in day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks within the agency

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, and brand strategy
• Good communication and writing skills
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with social media platforms;
  Canva or similar tools is a plus
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative agency setting

• Hands‑on experience with real client campaigns
• Exposure to marketing strategy, execution, and reporting
• Practical skills in market research and consumer insights
• Understanding of agency workflow and client servicing processes
