Creative Social Media Executive
JMED Clinic is seeking a Creative Social Media Executive to develop and manage the social media presence and personal brand of its Founder & CEO.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone with a strong understanding of content creation, personal branding, luxury positioning, visual storytelling, and the aesthetics and beauty industry.
Working closely with the Marketing Team and Founder, the successful candidate will be responsible for turning professional expertise, leadership, business activities, and personality into compelling digital content across key social platforms.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Execution- Develop and execute the strategy for the Founder's Social Media Platforms.
- Define content pillars, positioning, visual direction, and recurring content formats.
- Create monthly content calendars across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, and relevant platforms.
- Conceptualize Reels, Tik Toks, Stories, carousels, podcasts, educational content, and founder-led campaigns.
- Develop strong hooks, scripts, captions, and storytelling concepts.
- Research relevant personal brands, competitors, industry leaders, and global social media trends.
- Develop mood boards, shot lists, visual references, and creative briefs for shoots.
- Maintain a premium, sophisticated, and recognizable visual identity across all content.
- Manage publishing, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve organic reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Stay updated with social media trends, emerging formats, AI tools, and platform developments.
- Manage and maintain the Founder & CEO's professional calendar, meetings, appointments, and commitments.
- Plan content production around the Founder's schedule and availability.
- Coordinate filming around meetings, treatments, training, events, speaking engagements, and travel.
- Maintain an organized content bank, production calendar, and publishing schedule.
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, creators, and external partners when required.
- Support professional scheduling, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team and handle professional information with discretion.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, personal branding, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content personally conceptualized, filmed, and/or edited.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, and short-form content.
- Proficiency in Cap Cut, Edits, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools, with familiarity using AI tools for creative workflows.
- Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, visual direction, and audience retention.
- Excellent creative eye with an understanding of luxury aesthetics and premium brand positioning.
- Strong English communication and copywriting skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion, luxury, or founder-led personal branding is an advantage.

You should be proactive, visually creative, trend-aware, and highly organized. Someone who sees content opportunities, brings fresh ideas, and takes ownership of execution rather than waiting for detailed briefs.
Role Details- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Employment: Full-time, on-site
- Schedule: 6 days per week
- Candidates must currently reside in the UAE
- UAE employment visa provided
