PICU; Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse

A leading international hospital in Dubai is seeking experienced and dedicated PICU Nurses to join its high‑performing pediatric critical care team. This is a unique opportunity for Western‑trained nurses to contribute to cutting‑edge pediatric care in a multicultural, state‑of‑the‑art environment.

• Deliver expert nursing care to infants, children and adolescents in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit setting.
• Continuously monitor patients’ conditions and respond swiftly to emergencies.
• Administer medications, manage ventilators and use advanced life‑support technologies.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists and other care providers to ensure a coordinated and individualized approach to care.
• Support and educate families during critical care episodes with empathy and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical systems.
• Uphold international clinical standards, patient safety practices and infection control procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Active and valid nursing licence in home country or country of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Level II or III Pediatric ICU.
• BLS and PALS certification required; ACLS is an asset.
• Preference given to nurses trained and licensed in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high‑pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity in a diverse care setting.
• Willing to work in Dubai.
