Qualification:

B.Sc. Nursing, or similar

Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients' health and condition by taking vital signs, conducting health assessments, and checking for any changes.Provide physical and emotional support to patients, their families, and caregivers.Administer prescribed medications and treatments following physicians' instructions.Educate patients and their families on health-related matters, including disease prevention and management.Monitor patients' progress and communicate any changes in their condition to physicians.Develop and implement personalized patient care plans.Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.Prioritize patient safety and comfort, ensuring a safe and conducive environment.Accurately document patient care services and maintain comprehensive medical records.Follow the doctor's instructions regarding administration of injections and medications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
