Ontime Healthcare is urgently seeking a Filipino DHA-Registered Homecare Nurse to join our compassionate team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will provide individualized nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care suited to their unique needs. Your contributions will enhance patients' quality of life and support their journey to recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver high-quality care in patients' homes
- Administer medications, manage wounds, and monitor vital signs
- Assist patients with activities of daily living while promoting independence
- Educate patients and families about health management and care protocols
- Prepare and maintain detailed patient records and care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care effectively
- Follow all safety and infection control guidelines to ensure a safe environment
Requirements
- DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Nursing License is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Previous experience in homecare nursing is preferred
- Exceptional clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic approach with a focus on patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a homecare setting
- Open to residents of Dubai or those willing to relocate
- Immediate availability is highly desirable

9 hours a day 6 days a week
Salary 5000 AED - 8000 AED depends on experience
