A Registered Nurse (RN) is a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional responsible for providing patient care and managing various aspects of patient treatment. - Support the emotional and mental well‑being of patients through compassionate care and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is current and in good standing.
- Demonstrated knowledge in clinical nursing procedures and best healthcare practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adjusting work focus as necessary to deliver patient care.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in a similar specialty area.
- Proficiency in electronic health records management and healthcare software applications.
- Strong problem‑solving skills to assess patients’ health conditions and implement solutions.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required for immediate patient care scenarios.
