Position: VVIP Yacht Nurse Specialist (Acute Care)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 10/02/2026

We are recruiting a high-caliber nursing professional to join a private medical detail aboard a mega-yacht. Your primary responsibility is the dedicated 1:1 supervision of an 80-year-old VIP principal. While the recruitment hub is global, the vessel’s itinerary for the upcoming season focuses on the Eastern Mediterranean
, specifically the Greek Cyclades (Mykonos, Santorini) and the Turquoise Coast of Turkey (Bodrum, Göcek). You will ensure continuity of care in a luxury maritime setting, blending clinical vigilance with the hospitality standards expected of a seven-star environment.

The Team

You will integrate into a fully staffed medical department designed to support high-acuity needs at sea:

Lead British Doctor: Provides clinical governance and remote/on-site oversight.

Physiotherapy Team: On-board specialists handling daily mobility and physical therapy.

Western-Trained Nursing Cadre: You will work alongside peers with similar acute-care backgrounds.

The Safety

To guarantee patient safety and practitioner well-being, this position strictly adheres to a Double-Nurse Shift System
. This ensures you are never working in isolation and always have the support of a counterpart for handover, breaks, and clinical second opinions.

The Process

Phase 1: CV and Credential Review.

Phase 3: Contract offer and deployment logistics.(No travel is required for the interview stage).

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western accredited university.

Experience: 4+ years post-graduate experience in ICU, ER, or A&E (Acute Care) is mandatory.

Language: Native English speaker or certified C1 proficiency.

Capability: Proven ability to manage complex geriatric care while adapting to the protocols of a private superyacht.

Quarters: Premium en‑suite quarters (Single Occupancy) designed for senior crew.

Time Off: 30 Days paid annual leave.

Expenses: Full coverage of flights, visas, insurance, and on-board living costs (meals/uniforms).

Please apply with your full clinical portfolio. This is an immediate vacancy for the upcoming Mediterranean season.
