The Mission We are seeking an experienced medical professional from the region's top-tier facilities to join a private yacht crew. This permanent position involves dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP, ensuring their medical needs are met with precision while cruising the Mediterranean
. You will travel to Europe’s most exclusive destinations, including Ibiza, Monaco, and the Amalfi Coast
, providing seamless clinical support in a luxury setting.
The Team You will be part of a high-functioning medical detail. The team is led by a Lead British Doctor and supported by dedicated Physiotherapists and a rotation of Western-trained nurses. This structure ensures that you are part of a professional clinical hierarchy, rather than working in isolation.
The Safety To maintain the highest standards of care and staff alertness, we operate a strict double-nurse shift system
. This ensures a balanced workload with guaranteed rest periods, allowing you to perform your duties effectively without the fatigue often associated with private solo care roles.
The Process Recruitment is conducted efficiently and remotely. We utilize a secure online interview platform for all initial assessments, allowing you to interview from Dubai (or your current location) before any travel arrangements are made.
RequirementsEducation: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E) within high-standard facilities.
Language: Native or C1 English proficiency is required.
Attributes: High level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work well within a multicultural crew.
Leave: 30 days paid leave.
