We are seeking dedicated DHA Female Nurse / Care Coordinators to join our healthcare team. The role involves delivering quality patient care, assisting in clinical procedures, and ensuring patient safety.

The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-focused approach.

• Assess clients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and other health parameters to track progress and detect changes in condition.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other medical interventions.
• Manage medical equipment, such as catheters, IVs, or feeding tubes, as required.
• Educate clients and their families about managing chronic conditions, medications, and preventive care.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and families during recovery or end-of-life care.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all care provided.
• Communicate regularly with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals about the client’s condition.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing stabilization and arranging for additional medical support if necessary.
• Recognize and address complications or adverse reactions effectively.
• Follow strict infection prevention protocols to ensure client and personal safety.
• Ensure that the client’s environment is safe and suitable for their health needs.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, social workers, and caregivers.
• Act as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
