Overview
The Home Nurse will provide and coordinate patient‑centric and evidence‑based nursing care by ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.
Key Responsibilities- Perform and document patient assessments incorporating all available data.
- Use nursing knowledge and clinical expertise in performing physical examinations and patient assessments.
- Identify actual and potential problems from assessments in collaboration with patient and family.
- Appropriately escalates identified concerns according to urgency level.
- Plan, document, and discuss nursing care plans with the patient and family using the nursing process and prioritization.
- Continuously update the nursing care plan as patient status demands.
- Coordinate care delivered by the multidisciplinary team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- DHA license is a must.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Relevant experience as a nurse.
- Desirable: experience in UAE.
- Permanent full‑time position.
- Salary based on experience.
