Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health issues and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient s needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and monitoring for potential side effects or adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, facilitating communication between doctors, specialists, and support staff.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care to empower them in their recovery journey.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent nursing degree from an accredited institution is essential.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is mandatory, with certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with demonstrated expertise in specific nursing specialties.
- Experience in critical care or emergency nursing is highly desirable, enabling quick decision-making in high-pressure situations.
