Registered Nurse ( Home Care - DHA Licensed

Provide complete nursing care to bed‑ridden patients in a home care setting.

• Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, pain levels, and overall patient condition regularly.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, IV therapy, and tube feeding as required.
• Perform wound care, pressure sore prevention, dressing changes, and catheter care.
• Assist with patient repositioning, turning schedules, and mobility support to prevent bed sores.
• Maintain personal hygiene care including bathing, oral care, grooming, and incontinence care.
• Support feeding needs including nasogastric (NG) tube feeding or assisted oral feeding.
• Ensure proper use of medical equipment such as oxygen cylinders, suction machines, and monitors.
• Observe and report any changes in patient condition to doctors and caregivers immediately.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts, and daily care records.
• Follow strict infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and family members.
• Handle medical emergencies calmly and escalate as per care protocols.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid DHA nursing license.
• Proven experience in caring for bed‑ridden or immobile patients preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pressure ulcer prevention, wound care, and critical patient handling.
• Skilled in catheter care, NG tube feeding, suctioning, and oxygen therapy.
• Physically fit to assist with patient repositioning and lifting.
• Compassionate, patient‑centric, and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work independently in a home‑based care environment.
• Good communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• High level of professionalism, patience, and emotional resilience.
