About the RoleWe are seeking experienced and highly professional Western or Arab trained Registered Nurses to join a dedicated Home Healthcare team supporting high‑net‑worth patients across private residences and luxury environments in Dubai. Key Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality one‑to‑one nursing care within private homes and luxury settings
- Provide support for chronic conditions, geriatric care and mobility needs
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Accompany patients to medical appointments when required
- Build trusted relationships by providing compassionate and personalised care
- Based in Dubai (homecare setting – not clinic or hospital‑based)
- Structured shifts (48 hours per week)
- Travel within Dubai required; occasional international travel may be required
- Work within a highly professional, discreet and culturally sensitive environment
- Exposure to VIP/high‑profile patients in premium settings
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid DHA license or eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years’ clinical experience (hospital or home healthcare)
- Experience in homecare, long‑term care, geriatric care or VIP/private patients preferred
- Western‑trained or Arab‑trained nurses strongly preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and confidence in client‑facing environments
- High level of discretion, cultural awareness and emotional intelligence
- Candidate currently based in the UAE or open to relocation
