Join a Growing Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team

Health Hub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking a compassionate and proactive Assistant Nurse to join our busy outpatient team in International City, Dubai.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a modern multidisciplinary healthcare environment supporting both medical and dental services, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy variety, patient interaction, and hands‑on clinical responsibilities.

We are particularly interested in Assistant Nurses who have previous experience supporting Dentists, Dental Clinics, or outpatient procedure areas.

About the Role

As an Assistant Nurse, you will support physicians, dentists, and nursing teams in delivering safe, effective, and patient‑centred care. You will play an important role in supporting clinical procedures, maintaining patient safety, assisting with examinations and treatments, and helping deliver a positive patient experience across both medical and dental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians, dentists, and nursing teams during consultations and procedures.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs.
  • Support patient assessments and clinical examinations.
  • Assist with outpatient and dental procedures where required.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
  • Ensure patient dignity, privacy, and safety at all times.
  • Support infection prevention and clinical governance standards.
  • Perform venepuncture, blood collection, and clinical support duties where trained.
  • Assist with stock management and equipment preparation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
  • DHA Licensed or DHA Eligible Assistant Nurse.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a clinic, outpatient, medical centre, or healthcare facility.
  • Previous dental clinic experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong patient care and clinical support skills.
  • Experience supporting physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Nepali language skills are highly desirable.
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
Technical Skills & Experience

Experience or exposure to:

  • Vital signs monitoring
  • Patient assessments
  • ECG support
  • Wound care and dressings
  • Infection control
  • Venepuncture and blood collection
  • IV cannulation
  • Blood glucose monitoring
  • Clinical documentation
  • Dental chairside support (preferred)
  • Dental infection control procedures (preferred)
