Manpower

• Lifeguard (Male) – 1
• Working Hours – 12 hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM), 7 days per week
• Duty Location – Swimming Pool Area

The Contractor shall ensure continuous lifeguard coverage during pool operational hours.

• Contractor shall obtain and maintain all necessary licenses, approvals, and permits required by relevant authorities.
• Lifeguard training, certification, and renewals shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.
• Lifeguard shall comply with all building rules, safety requirements, and operational procedures.

• Maintain constant vigilance over the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations consistently.
• Ensure safe use of pool by residents and visitors.
• Monitor behavior to prevent unsafe activities or accidents.
• Ensure children use the pool under guardian supervision.
• Identify potential hazards and take preventive action.
• Protect life and property within pool area.

• Respond immediately to emergencies or distress situations.
• Administer first aid and CPR as required.
• Follow emergency procedures and inform Building Management.
• Assist in pool closure during unsafe conditions or incidents.

• Monitor general cleanliness of pool deck, showers, and lockers and report deficiencies.
• Ensure pool is not used during chemical treatment or unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for safety concerns.

• Report faults, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately.
• Cooperate with Building Management and maintenance teams.
• Submit reports or observations as required.

• Maintain professional behaviour at all times.
• Handle situations with courtesy and fairness.
• Remain alert and attentive during duty hours.
• Avoid distractions or personal activities while on duty.

• Provide proper uniform and PPE.
• Follow safe working procedures.
• Contractor responsible for employee safety and liability.

The Contractor shall ensure replacement coverage during leave, absence, or emergencies to maintain uninterrupted service.

The Contractor shall remain fully responsible for performance, conduct, supervision, and safety of the lifeguard personnel deployed under this contract.

The Contractor shall ensure valid lifeguard certifications, training records, and incident logs are maintained and made available upon request by Building Management.
