Summary

A Diver is responsible for underwater maintenance, inspection, and repair of yachts. This role ensures the vessel’s hull, propellers, intakes, and other underwater components remain clean and in optimal condition for performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Perform underwater hull cleaning to remove marine growth.

Inspect and report on hull condition, running gear, anodes, and intakes.

Replace or clean anodes, propellers, and other submerged fittings.

Assist with underwater repairs or emergency interventions.

Maintain dive equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

Keep detailed dive logs and maintenance reports.

Requirements

Certified commercial or professional diver (e.g., PADI, ADCI, or equivalent).

Experience in hull cleaning and underwater maintenance (preferably on yachts or large vessels).

Strong understanding of maritime safety standards.

Physically fit and comfortable working in various water conditions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a yacht crew.

Salary: 2500 AED
