• Alertly and actively supervise the pool areas and make sure you are visible to all pool users and give them your undivided attention.
• Be familiar with pool and swim programming schedule on a daily basis.
• Assist in maintaining the pool in impeccable cleaning conditions, with minor work such as removal of small floating objects which might have fallen during the day and vacuum the pool.
• Follow and enforce all safety policies applicable to locker rooms and laundry room.
• Immediately intervene in any emergency situation or potentially hazardous situation.
• Provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.

• Previous experience as a Lifeguard
• Certification in CPR First Aid preferred
• Certification as a Lifeguard preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities
