Landscape maintenance lead

This is a full-time on-site position located in Dubai for a Landscape Maintenance Lead.

The role involves overseeing daily landscape maintenance activities, managing gardening and irrigation systems, implementing landscape maintenance programs effectively, and ensuring landscaping maintenace projects meet aesthetic and functional standards.

The Landscape Maintenance Lead will also coordinate with teams to maintain high-quality standards and provide ongoing support to deliver well-maintained outdoor spaces within the Hennessey Landscape Maintenace portfolio.

• Experience in Landscape Maintenance and Gardening in MENA region’s is a prerequiste - evidence of previous experience will be required
• Proficiency in Irrigation systems and techniques adooted in the region
• Knowledge of Landscape maintenance practices
• Strong leadership and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to work on-site in an outdoor environment
• Extensive knowledge of Middle Eastern regional flora and sustainable landscaping practices
• Relevant certifications or a background in landscaping or horticulture are prefered
• Proficiency in fertilizer, hebicide and pesticide application programs
