Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements e g MOHAP DHA where applicable
- Develop review and update compliance policies
- Prepare SOP for marketing and promotional activities
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments
- Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver compliance training and awareness programs to employees
- Ensure adherence to anti-bribery ethics and corporate governance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in compliance within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical regulations and GDP requirements
- Certification in Compliance
- UAE experience in pharmaceutical distribution companies
- Familiarity with ERP systems and compliance tracking tools
- Experience in ISO standards and audits
