Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and standards at the site; ensure compliance with local authority and municipality safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective preventive measures.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work practices.
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation.
- Support incident investigations and ensure proper reporting.
- Liaise with consultants and regulatory bodies when required.
- Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and use PPE properly.
Bachelor’s degree from a university accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education (UAE or equivalent). Minimum 6 years experience in construction sites.
Valid HSE certification issued by an approved/accredited safety consultant organization for construction worksites. Must meet Municipality approval requirements. NEBOSH IGC Level 3.
