QA​/QC Manager

Job Title: QA/QC Manager (Construction)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control across our construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works comply with project specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements, while driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in quality performance.

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures.
• Review and approve method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), material submissions, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate and manage inspections with consultants, clients, and local authorities.
• Lead the management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), root-cause analysis, and preventive/corrective action processes.
• Monitor, audit, and evaluate subcontractor quality performance and compliance.
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
• Prepare and submit quality reports and documentation to project stakeholders.
• Train and guide project teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in the UAE construction industry
  .
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is mandatory.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and OHSMS 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) is highly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of UAE construction regulations, authority approval processes, and international quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• AED 18,000 – AED 20,000 per month (subject to experience and qualifications).
