QA Specialist / Manager, Quality Control / Manager, Quality Engineering, Quality Technician/ Inspector
Key Responsibilities 1. Corporate Quality Leadership
Define, implement, and continuously improve the Group QA/QC Strategy aligned with ISO standards, client requirements, and UAE regulatory frameworks.
Establish uniform QA/QC policies, procedures, manuals, ITPs, and checklists across all business units and projects.
Act as the ultimate authority on quality matters at corporate and project level.
Provide strategic QA/QC oversight for all live and upcoming projects across the UAE.
Review and approve project-specific QA/QC plans, method statements, and inspection/testing regimes.
Conduct periodic audits, site inspections, and management reviews to ensure compliance and consistency.
Intervene decisively on chronic quality issues, non-conformance trends, and systemic failures.
Serve as the senior QA/QC representative with Clients, Consultants, Authorities, and Third-Party Inspectors
.Lead quality discussions during pre-construction, execution, and handover phases.
Manage critical NCRs, CARs, and high-risk quality disputes with authority and diplomacy.
Lead, mentor, and develop Project QA/QC Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors across multiple sites.
Set competency standards, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs.
Build a quality-first culture where teams understand that speed never beats standards.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001
, ISO 14001 (interface), and ISO 45001 (quality-safety alignment).Lead internal and external audits, certifications, and recertifications.
Analyze quality KPIs, defect trends, rework costs, and handover performance to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee snagging, testing & commissioning quality readiness, and final handover documentation.
Ensure projects are handed over “first-time right” with minimal post-handover defects.
Protect the company’s reputation long after the keys are handed over.
