Quality Officer

The Quality Officer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards. The role ensures organizational compliance, audit readiness, and effective governance of quality policies, procedures, and records.

• Maintain and administer the organization’s QMS in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Ensure all quality policies, procedures, and records are current, controlled, and effectively implemented.
• Support process standardization and documentation across departments.

• Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits.
• Conduct internal audits and document findings, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities.
• Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify effective closure.

• Monitor compliance with quality standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support management reviews with quality performance data and reports.
• Maintain audit trails, evidence records, and compliance documentation.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
• Support QMS-related training and awareness programs.
• Guide departments on quality requirements and best practices.
• ISO-compliant QMS documentation and records.
• Successful completion of internal and external audits.
• Timely closure of audit findings and CAPA.
• Improved process compliance and quality performance.

• 3–6 years’ experience in Quality Management or QMS roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is required.
• Knowledge of Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) requirements will be an added advantage.
• Experience or exposure to the automotive industry is highly desirable.
• Experience in internal auditing and CAPA management.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
