The QHSE Executive Female will ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards by implementing policies, conducting audits, and promoting a safe and sustainable workplace culture.
- Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and non-conformities; implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and update QHSE documentation, including safety manuals, procedures, and records.
- Support ISO certification and compliance.
- Coordinate and deliver QHSE training and awareness programs for employees
- Monitor environmental impacts and suggest improvements to promote sustainability
- Ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to workplace safety standards
- Liaise with external agencies, auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in quality, health, safety, and environmental performance
