QA QC Engineer - Native Arabic Speaker

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan.

Ensure all works comply with contract specifications, approved drawings, and relevant codes and standards.

Conduct inspections and witness tests for materials, workmanship, and construction activities.

Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and quality procedures.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors on quality matters.

Monitor implementation of QA/QC procedures across site activities.

Identify non-conformances (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test results, and documentation.

Verify material submittals, supplier approvals, and compliance certificates.

Ensure calibration and control of testing and measuring equipment.

Conduct internal quality audits and site quality assessments.

Provide quality-related training and guidance to site staff and subcontractors.

Monitor workmanship standards and promote continuous quality improvement.

Support project handover by ensuring quality documentation and as-built records are complete.

Report quality performance, trends, and issues to project management.
