• Develop and implement detailed quality assurance plans in line with project goals.
• Design, execute, and maintain automated testing scripts to verify software stability.
• Collaborate with software engineers to create robust testing practices and frameworks.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using appropriate tools.
• Analyze and review system specifications to inform and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Conduct regression testing after bug fixes and enhancements to ensure system integrity.
• Develop reports and provide feedback on testing activities, enhancements, and areas of improvement.
• Monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to validate design and functionality aspects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality assurance guidelines.
• Lead and mentor junior quality assurance engineers to enhance departmental capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate best practices in QA processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
• Proficient in automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail and quality focus.
• Experience with issue tracking tools and test management software, like JIRA or Test Rail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
