Inspector – Rope Access Equipment; PPE

We are hiring a Rope Access Equipment (PPE) Inspector to perform thorough inspections, quarantine control, and certification of rope access equipment across multiple brands. The role supports compliance with IRATA requirements and company inspection procedures, with a strong preference for candidates who have previously worked under EIAC accreditation
.

• Conduct thorough inspections of rope access PPE and equipment (multi-brand), including: harnesses, lanyards, connectors, descenders / ascenders, fall arrest devices, helmets, slings / webbing, etc.
• Identify defects, assess serviceability, and make clear pass/fail decisions in line with manufacturer guidance and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate inspection records (equipment register, serial tracking, inspection intervals, quarantine / withdrawal logs, inspection tags / certificates).
• Control quarantine and withdrawal processes (segregation, labeling, reporting, disposal / return).
• Support audits and compliance documentation related to EIAC / quality systems as applicable.
• Coordinate with operations / HSE / Technical Authority to plan inspections around site schedules and mobilizations.

• Previous experience as a rope access PPE / equipment inspector (multi-brand).
• Inspector certificate (multi-brand preferred) - valid or expired certificates are acceptable (valid is a strong advantage).
• Previous experience working under EIAC accreditation / EIAC-controlled inspection environment is highly preferred.
• Good English communication and reporting skills (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.

• UAE driving license.
• Familiarity with IRATA regulations, competency requirements, and inspection traceability systems.
