Lab Technician

Job Description

In this role as a Lab Technician, you will play a key part in supporting our beverage and sweet food application lab, contributing to flavor creation and finished application development. You will also take ownership of coordinating customer projects, ensuring all work aligns with deadlines, safety requirements, and organizational goals.

• Support the beverage and sweet food application lab, contributing to flavor creation and finished application development.
• Coordinate customer projects, ensuring work aligns with deadlines, safety requirements, and organizational goals.
• Produce and adapt taste samples, and release them for customer sampling.
• Handle fine chemicals safely and maintain precise working practices.
• Collaborate and communicate across EMEA with development headquarters, other labs, and the commercial team.

• BS Degree in Food Science & Technology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
• Experience in product development and application in beverage or food industry.
• Basic knowledge of product processing and interaction of ingredients.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English;
  Arabic language skills an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Solid PC skills and affinity with IT tools (SAP & Salesforce).
• Enthusiastic about developing innovative solutions and trends in the beverage and food market.
• Enjoys collaboration within and between teams.
• Internationally mobile and willing to travel as required.
