Senior QA​/QC Engineer - MEP

Job Summary

BK Gulf LLC is looking for a Senior QA/QC Engineer with extensive experience in MEP and a proven track record in Data Center projects to join our team.

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures specific to MEP installations in Data Center projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review and approve project documentation including drawings, test reports, and quality control plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on QA/QC requirements and best practices.
• Coordinate with third‑party inspections and audits to ensure project quality standards are met.
• Manage non‑conformances and implement preventive and corrective measures to prevent reoccurrence.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on QA/QC progress and challenges.

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/QC roles focusing on MEP installations in Data Center projects.
• Strong knowledge of international standards and codes related to MEP installations.
• Extensive knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control principles.
• Experience in developing and implementing QA/QC processes and procedures.
• Experience managing QA/QC processes and procedures in a construction setting.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes (ASME, ASTM, NFPA).
• Ability to conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Proficiency in using QA/QC tools and software for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail for identifying and resolving quality issues.
• Leadership skills to oversee QA/QC teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Certification in QA/QC or a relevant field is a plus.
