Job Summary

Quality Administrator will inspect the final product to make sure it has been manufactured with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations. Co‑ordinate and assist with Quality manager for various internal and external quality related audits. Testing of various products in lab for batch release. Calibration and handling of day to day quality related issues and resolve them.

• Conduct online inspections including pre‑weigh checks, CCP monitoring, and weight verification.
• Perform shift‑wise inspections such as sieve checks, bulk and finished goods analysis, chemical analysis, and magnet monitoring.
• Maintain updated versions of SOPs, PRPs, OPRPs, QDs, and all operational and non‑operational quality records.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of non‑conformities.
• Release finished goods and bulk batches in the system after verifying quality compliance.
• Carry out warehouse inspections to ensure adherence to food safety and storage standards.
• Ensure compliance with IFFCO policies, procedures, company code of conduct, and all SOPs.
• Follow Dubai Food Code, BRC, FSSC, customer, and regulatory standards at all times.
• Report deviations and non‑conformities related to the Food Safety Management System.
• Implement and maintain HACCP principles on site.
• Monitor key Quality Management System activities to support continuous improvement.

• Bachelor in science (Chemistry/bio‑chemistry/micro‑biology/Food Technology) with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

• Product Testing knowledge
• Communication skills – verbal and written, data collection, management and analysis
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Handling of customer complaints and knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
