Quality Assurance Specialist; UAEN

To develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, the Integrated Management System (IMS), and governance frameworks in line with international standards, supporting continuous improvement and organizational excellence.

• Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), Quality Management Systems, and governance frameworks in accordance with international standards (ISO).
• Provide technical support and advisory services on quality, governance, and compliance matters across organizational units.
• Conduct gap analyses, develop corrective action plans, and ensure timely closure of non‑conformities.
• Plan and oversee internal audits, follow up on corrective and preventive actions, and prepare compliance and governance reports.
• Support the achievement and maintenance of relevant accreditations and certifications.
• Contribute to policy and procedure development, continuous improvement initiatives, and internal control enhancement.
• Promote quality awareness, data quality improvement, and integrated management practices.
• Ensure compliance with Business Continuity Management and risk control requirements.
• Implement and maintain ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17043, and ISO/IEC 17020 standards and related accreditation requirements.
• Experience in implementing Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and international ISO standards, in addition to compliance with the technical requirements of the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Advanced technical knowledge in quality and management systems.
• Proficiency in computer applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5 years of relevant experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken)
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
