- Inspection & Testing: Conduct physical inspections and functional tests (e.g., Megger, Hi-Pot, grounding tests) on installations to identify defects.
- Quality Planning: Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ITPs to prevent defects during construction.
- Documentation Management: Prepare inspection records, test reports, and maintain updated, organized QA/QC records.
- Drawing Review: Review electrical shop drawings,, schematics, and, material submittals against project specifications.
- Material Verification: Inspect incoming materials for compliance with approved specifications.
- Non-Conformance Resolution: Identify, report, and manage Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) for incorrect installations, supervising corrective actions.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure work meets OSHA, LOTO, and local regulatory standards
