Senior Officer Audit & Analytics

We are looking for a Senior Officer – Audit & Analytics to support the management and implementation of GAL’s internal audit program and AS9110 certification within the QSMA function.

This role is suited for an experienced aerospace quality auditor with strong knowledge of aviation maintenance environments, audit management, corrective action resolution, and AS9110 / AS9100 quality standards.

• Plan, monitor, and report on the internal audit program and corrective action resolution process in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of AS9110 certification requirements.
• Maintain and monitor corrective action registers to ensure non‑compliances are closed within agreed timelines.
• Conduct trend analysis of audit findings and corrective actions to identify business risks, improvement opportunities, and best practices.
• Provide technical advice and guidance on AS9100 / AS9110 standards and related quality requirements.
• Coordinate and support internal, external, and third‑party audits, ensuring all resulting actions are addressed effectively.
• Support surveillance and monitoring activities to identify risks impacting quality, safety, and compliance.
• Deliver AS9110 and auditor‑specific training to support auditor competency and effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements to QHSE policies, processes, and procedures in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare audit‑related reports, presentations, and performance updates for management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Maintenance, Engineering, Quality Management, or an equivalent field / level of experience.
• Certified Aerospace Quality Management System Standard Auditor.
• 8+ years of experience as an auditor within an aerospace maintenance or aircraft operating environment.
• Experience conducting aerospace quality audits against AS9110, AS9100, or equivalent military standards.
• Strong understanding of corrective action management, audit findings analysis, compliance monitoring, and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Military aviation experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong aerospace quality audit background, proven experience in AS9110 / AS9100 audit environments, and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, authorities, contractors, service providers, and external certification bodies.
