We are currently recruiting a Quality & Excellence Officer for a federal government entity in Dubai. The role is responsible for supporting quality management systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization

Position:
Quality & Excellence Officer

Location: Dubai (Onsite, Full Time)

Contract: Permanent

• Draft, review, and monitor policies, SOPs, operations manuals, guidelines, and governance documentation
• Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems, including KPIs, ISO 9001 standards, and excellence frameworks
• Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to policies and regulations
• Prepare and issue reports for executive committees and board members (e.g., KPI reports, audit/internal review reports)
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Track, analyze, and report on quality KPIs while monitoring corrective and preventive actions
• Support organizational excellence initiatives and frameworks such as EFQM
• Ensure audit readiness and maintain quality documentation standards

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, governance, or continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality management tools
• Knowledge of corporate governance and organizational excellence frameworks
• Professional certifications preferred:
  Lean Six Sigma & ISO Auditor Certification
