QAQC Inspector - MEP

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Inspector – MEP to join our team for ongoing villa construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect MEP works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings

• Monitor installation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems

• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality audits for MEP activities

• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective action follow-ups

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain quality standards

• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project and regulatory requirements

• Support project handover through proper documentation and quality assurance procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

• Proven experience as QA/QC Inspector – MEP in villa or residential construction projects

• Strong understanding of MEP systems, quality procedures, and inspection standards

• Familiarity with local authority regulations and international quality standards

• Excellent reporting, coordination, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Relevant QA/QC certifications are an advantage

• Immediate joiners preferred
