Senior QAQC Engineer; Landscape

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the QA QC program in line with the company’s quality policy and project requirements.
• Prepare and manage Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Conduct site inspections of works and subcontractors to ensure all activities meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals and coordinate approvals with consultants and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams and client representatives to ensure smooth execution of quality-related activities and timely project delivery.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years’ QA/QC experience, in landscape and swimming pool projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality management systems.
• Experience in conducting site inspections, audits, and identifying non-conformances with effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Ability to review shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority standards.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills with proficiency in QA/QC logs, project tracking, and quality compliance processes.
