Qa Qc Manager- Construction

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure adherence to quality control plans, specifications, and project requirements throughout construction projects
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to identify and address non‑conformances promptly
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes ensuring they align with industry best practices and project‑specific needs
• Manage and maintain all quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action records
• Provide training and guidance to construction teams on quality control standards and procedures, promoting a culture of quality
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and other project documentation to ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Prepare and submit regular quality control reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical principles
• Holds relevant certifications such as ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA), showcasing a commitment to quality standards
• Offers a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the manufacturing or related industry
• Exhibits strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Shows experience in conducting audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations
• Displays strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively
• Possesses excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to identify and resolve quality issues effectively
