QA QC Engineer

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control across infrastructure projects in Dubai.

• Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures across infrastructure projects.
• Prepare, review, and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Method Statements.
• Coordinate and submit Material Inspection Reports (MIRs), Work Inspection Reports (WIRs), technical submittals, and material approvals.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor construction activities including earthworks, utilities, drainage networks, roadworks, and asphalt works.
• Identify quality issues, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, laboratories, and relevant authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Maintain quality records and support internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure compliance with RTA, Dubai Municipality, and project-specific quality requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in infrastructure projects.
• Mandatory experience in Dubai infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of RTA specifications, standards, and inspection requirements.
• Experience in roads, utilities, drainage, asphalt, and associated infrastructure works.
• Familiarity with MIR, WIR, NCR, ITP, Method Statements, and quality documentation.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and document management systems such as Aconex.
