Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks on all electrical installations as per project specifications, standards (DEWA, IEC, BS, NFPA) and approved drawings.
- Review Electrical Method Statements, ITPs, Inspection Test Plans, and material submittals.
- Monitor all site construction activities related to electrical works to ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality‑related issues and inspections.
- Maintain all quality documentation as per project QA/QC plan, including inspection reports, test records, and snag lists.
- Follow up on NCRs (Non‑Conformance Reports), corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Ensure timely submission of test reports, as‑built drawings and final QA/QC documentation for project handover.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Support commissioning activities by verifying testing procedures and results.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 6+ years of relevant experience as an Electrical QA/QC with relevant UAE experience.
