This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals as part of our continued commitment to Emiratisation and the development of local talent within healthcare governance and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote patient safety practices across Health Hub and support employees in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support the collection, validation, analysis, and presentation of quality and patient safety data.
  • Assist departments in identifying, monitoring, and implementing quality improvement and patient safety projects.
  • Conduct clinical case reviews and support identification of potential quality or safety concerns.
  • Support the development, review, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and scopes of service.
  • Maintain quality databases, policy registers, and organisational charts.
  • Support accreditation activities including preparation, coordination, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
  • Coordinate and support quality committee meetings, minutes, and follow‑up actions.
  • Support focused reviews, audits, and performance improvement projects using recognised quality methodologies.
  • Prepare accurate quality reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for management review.
  • Support staff education, quality awareness activities, and patient safety initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all patient, staff, and organisational information.
  • UAE National.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Science, Healthcare, Nursing, or Quality Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Practical knowledge of quality improvement, patient safety, and healthcare governance principles.
  • Experience supporting accreditation programmes and surveys.
  • Familiarity with investigation tools such as root cause analysis and performance improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Good command of English;
    Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, ethical, and detail‑oriented approach to work.
Work Pattern
  • Full‑time position.
  • Corporate and clinic‑support role based in Dubai Festival City.
  • 5‑day work week designed to support work‑life balance.
