Property Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Property Valuation Specialist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As an Egyptian national with fluency in English, you will be responsible for conducting property valuations and appraisals for various types of properties. This is a full-time position and no prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct property valuations and appraisals using industry standard methods and techniques.
- Analyze market trends and data to provide accurate property valuation reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of valuation projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and explain valuation results.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in the real estate market and regulations related to property valuation.

Requirements:
- Egyptian national with fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
