A motivated broker with UAE/Dubai Real Estate experience
, strong client relationships, and a growth mindset.

• Generate and manage leads
• Handle sales, leasing & off-plan deals
• Build long‑term client relationships
• Close deals and hit targets
• Work across multiple Dubai areas where needed

• Minimum 1–2 years UAE real estate broker experience (mandatory)
• Portfolio of closed deals (sale/rent/off-plan)
• UAE driving license (preferred)
• RERA certified or willing to obtain
• Client focused mentality over only transactional focus
• Forecasting and planning skills to reach company & personal targets

• Attractive commission structure (based on experience)
• Work in any area, no restriction on rent, sale or off plan
• Collaboration opportunities to work with adjacent industry professionals (interior designers, property management)
