Real Estate Agent (Leasing & Sales) – Dubai

Tivali Home Group – Real Estate Division is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai.

This position is ideal for candidates with genuine market experience who are committed to performance, professionalism, and career growth.

• Identify and onboard property owners for leasing and sales
• Conduct professional negotiations with landlords, tenants, and buyers
• Manage leads, arrange viewings, and follow up until successful closing
• Provide regular updates on activities, progress, and deal status

• Option 1:
  Freelance / Commission-Only
  • High and competitive commission per closed deal
• Option 2:
  Basic salary available for qualified candidates + Commission
  • The final package will be determined based on experience and proven performance.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai’s Real Estate market (Leasing or Sales)
• Valid RERA Card is

• Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Valid UAE Residency & UAE Driving License
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management
• A strong network of landlords and investors is a significant advantage

Priority will be given to candidates with successful experience working with Persian-speaking, Arabic-speaking, Russian-speaking, Turkish-speaking, European, and other high-value international client markets.
