Job Description
We are hiring motivated and ambitious Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, property consulting, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate offers and close property transactions
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and inventory
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Competitive commission structure
- Marketing and admin support
- Access to extensive property listings and developer projects
- Training and career growth opportunities
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and professional
- RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
