Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients

Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers

Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements

Maintain an extensive portfolio of properties for sale and lease

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales

Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Valid UAE driving license

Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
