Key Responsibilities Property Development & Project Management
Oversee the end-to-end development process from feasibility studies to project completion.
Manage land acquisition, design approvals, construction timelines, and budgeting.
Ensure projects adhere to UAE real estate regulations, safety, and quality standards.
Operations & Asset ManagementDevelop and implement strategies to enhance property value and ROI.
Oversee leasing, tenant management, and facility operations.
Manage service providers, maintenance teams, and operational budgets.
Ensure cost control, revenue generation, and investment profitability.
Manage financial forecasting, risk assessment, and contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
Business Development & Stakeholder ManagementIdentify new investment opportunities and expansion strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, contractors, and government entities.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Key Requirements QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in property development, real estate, or asset management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. (Required)
Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and development processes.
Experience in project management, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
Proficiency in property management software and financial analysis tools.
Soft SkillsExcellent leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency.
