Identify and evaluate potential locations for company expansion.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess location potential.
Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms with property owners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure site selections align with business strategy.
Work with architects and contractors on site layouts and approvals.
Monitor real estate market trends and provide insights for strategic planning.
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate agencies.
Manage the site acquisition process, including legal and regulatory requirements.
Oversee real estate budgets and ensure cost-effective site acquisitions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, site acquisition, or property management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in commercial real estate and leasing.
Ability to analyze market data and make strategic recommendations.
Strong network in the real estate industry.
