Associate​/Senior Associate - Real Estate Investments

Their real estate investment team focuses on high-quality opportunities across sectors, including logistics, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

As an Associate / Senior Associate within the Real Estate Investments team, you will:

• Source, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities across the GCC.
• Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence for potential acquisitions.
• Support deal structuring and negotiations, working closely with senior leadership.
• Monitor portfolio performance and assist in strategic asset management initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• 3-7 years of experience in real estate investments within the GCC region.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuations.
• Proven track record of deal execution and transaction management.
• Experience in the logistics sector is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
