• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business

• Conduct property tours and provide comprehensive property information
• Negotiate contracts and finalise sales agreements while adhering to company policies
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property listings
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties and generate leads
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients

• Proven experience in a sales role within the real estate sector or similar
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs
• Familiarity with real estate regulations and market trends
• Valid UAE driving license and a willingness to travel as necessary
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
